South Shore Controls, Inc., WIRE-Net Member Since 2012
South Shore Controls, Inc. (SSCI) was founded in 1996 in Painesville, Ohio by George Stekal and Rick Stark, who are still at the firm today. Stekal and Stark established South Shore Controls to be a complete source for manufacturing support. During the 1990s, when the company was created, manufacturers often had to go to a number of different companies to get a project completed. SSCI's mission was to be that go-to, single source provider. Today, SSCI provides mechanical and electrical design services, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, machining, and hydraulic fabrication, software development, electrical and mechanical installation services, and ongoing support service. And, experts have taken notice, as SSCI is a Lake-Geauga Fast Track 50, a Weatherhead 100, and a Governor's Excellence Award winner.
