The second Accelerate Cleveland Manufacturing Growth Forum, “Generate New Growth Ideas and Solve Process Problems Though Ideation and Innovation,” occurred yesterday in front of a packed audience at the Baldwin Wallace University Center for Innovation and Growth.
More than seventy Cleveland manufacturers and business leaders came together to hear presentations from MAGNET Senior Growth Advisors Mike Kaminski and Mike O’Donnell, Baldwin Wallace professor, Dr. Henry (Skip) Lewandowski, and guest speakers Darel Taylor, Engineering Manager of Jergens, Inc., Ernie Lackner, Vice President of Alfe Heat Treating, and Paul Ruflin, CEO and President of Animal Oralectrics.
The presenters shared best practices for using ideation and company success stories that occurred using the MAGNET led ideation process—to improve manufacturing, reduce costs, and develop new products to drive business growth at their companies.
